You can pay at the door by cash. In this case you will not be charged for your shopping until after it has been delivered to you. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit card at this time.

There are delivery slots available in 2-hour delivery windows. These are available from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity, so place you order well in advance to guarantee the slot you want. You can order your shopping up to 3 weeks in advance.

How to book delivery time slot?'

You can book your slot via filling up "Delivery Time Form" just before you checkout once you have completed your shopping.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

​

The minimum cut off time of cancellation booking will be at least 4 hours before the delivery time. Please contact us via email online.elinkmart@gmail.com or call us 014 9030723 if you wish to cancel your booking.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

In the event any item is defective, please contact us to arrange a return. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt, and replacements will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
